Return Eligibility

• Shipping label (if applicable)

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A partial or full refund

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Return Shipping

For personalized or custom-made products:

• Cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has started.

Personalized Products

Since personalized items are created specifically according to customer instructions, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The customization differs from the information provided by the customer.
• The wrong personalized item was delivered.
